Sending wYLDS

Prerequisites

Before sending wYLDS, ensure you have:
  • wYLDS tokens in your wallet
  • A small amount of SOL for transaction fees
  • The recipient's valid Solana wallet address

Method 1: Send Directly from Your Solana Wallet

Using Popular Solana Wallets

For Phantom Wallet:
  1. Open your Phantom wallet
  1. Find wYLDS in your token list
  1. Click on wYLDS, then select "Send"
  1. Enter the recipient's Solana address
  1. Enter the amount to send
  1. Review and confirm the transaction
For Solflare Wallet:
  1. Open Solflare wallet
  1. Go to your token portfolio
  1. Select wYLDS from your tokens
  1. Click "Send"
  1. Input recipient address and amount
  1. Confirm the transaction
For Other Wallets: The general process is similar across most Solana wallets:
  1. Locate wYLDS in your token list
  1. Select the send/transfer option
  1. Enter recipient address and amount
  1. Confirm the transaction

Critical Information About Interest Accrual

Interest Transfer Timing

Important: When you send PRIME, the interest accrual timing works as follows:
  • Recipient: Begins earning PRIME interest at the top of the next hour after receiving the tokens
  • Sender: Stops earning interest on the sent amount at the top of the hour when the recipient begins earning
Example: If you send PRIME at 2:30 PM, the recipient will start earning interest at 3:00 PM, and you will stop earning interest on that amount at 3:00 PM.

Viewing Interest Earnings

Your PRIME interest will not appear in your wallet in real-time. To view your current balance including accrued interest:
  1. Visit the Hastra Protocol Dashboard at https://hastra.io
  1. Connect your wallet
  1. View your detailed balance and accrued interest
  1. Claim your interest earnings when ready

Important Considerations

Transaction Fees: All Solana transactions require SOL for network fees. Ensure you have at least 0.001 SOL in your wallet.
Address Verification: Always double-check the recipient's wallet address before sending. Solana transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
Interest Calculation: Interest is calculated hourly. Plan your sends accordingly if timing of interest accrual is important to you or the recipient.
Network Congestion: During high network activity, transactions may take longer to confirm. Be patient and avoid submitting multiple transactions.

Troubleshooting

Transaction Failing:
  • Verify you have sufficient SOL for transaction fees
  • Check that you have enough wYLDS to cover the send amount
  • Ensure the recipient address is valid and properly formatted
Tokens Not Appearing:
  • Transactions may take a few minutes to confirm on the Solana network
  • Check the transaction status using a Solana explorer
  • The recipient may need to refresh their wallet or add the PRIME token to their wallet's token list
Interest Questions:
  • Remember that interest accrual starts at the top of the hour
  • Check the Hastra Protocol Dashboard for real-time interest calculations
  • Contact support if you notice discrepancies in interest calculations
