What is PRIME on Ethereum?
PRIME is now available on Ethereum mainnet, bringing Hastra's real-world asset yield to the largest DeFi ecosystem in the world.
The product is the same one you know from Solana: stake wYLDS, mint PRIME, earn yield backed by real HELOC lending operations from Figure Technologies. The difference is where it lives, and who can now access it.
What you need to get started
To access PRIME on Ethereum, you will need:
- A Web3 wallet (Any Ethereum-compatible wallet)
- USDC on Ethereum mainnet to acquire wYLDS
- ETH on Ethereum mainnet to pay gas fees
How do I get PRIME on Ethereum?
- Get USDC on Ethereum mainnet: You can acquire USDC through any major exchange (Coinbase, Kraken, etc.) and withdraw to your Ethereum wallet, or swap for it on-chain.
- Visit Hastra's Dashboard: Connect your Ethereum wallet.
- Swap USDC for wYLDS: wYLDS is now available on Ethereum. Your USDC acquires wYLDS, a yield-bearing token backed by short-term U.S. Treasuries.
- Head to the Stake tab: Deposit your wYLDS to receive PRIME.
- Start earning: Begin accruing yield from Figure's HELOC lending operations.
- Unstake anytime: No lock-up period. Redeem your wYLDS from PRIME whenever you want.
Where does the yield come from?
The yield source is identical to PRIME on Solana, nothing changes about the underlying asset:
- Figure Technologies lends to real estate borrowers using HELOC products
- Loans are backed by actual home equity lines of credit
- Interest payments from borrowers flow back to PRIME holders
- The process operates within established financial frameworks
- Yield is based on actual lending spreads, not token emissions or speculative trading
How is PRIME on Ethereum different from PRIME on Solana?
PRIME on Ethereum | PRIME on Solana | |
Network | Ethereum mainnet | Solana |
Token standard | ERC-20 | SPL |
Entry asset | USDC + ETH for gas | USDC + SOL for Gas |
Yield source | Figure HELOC lending | Figure HELOC lending |
Rebasing | No | No |
Lock-up | None | None |
DeFi looping | Coming Soon | Available via Kamino |
Leverage strategies | Coming Soon | Up to 12% at 47% LTV |
The yield product is the same. The network is different. If you already hold PRIME on Solana, your existing position is unaffected, Ethereum PRIME is a separate deployment.
What are the risks?
Smart Contract Risk: PRIME on Ethereum depends on Hastra's Ethereum smart contract security. Always verify you are interacting with official contracts. Ethereum contracts are separate from the Solana deployment and have been independently deployed.
Gas Risk: Ethereum transactions require ETH for gas. During periods of high network congestion, gas costs can be significant. Factor this into smaller positions.
Market Risk: PRIME's value can fluctuate relative to other assets.
Counterparty Risk: Yield depends on Figure Technologies' HELOC lending operations and Hastra's management of the ecosystem.
Regulatory Risk: Changes in regulations affecting tokenized RWAs or cross-chain operations could impact the ecosystem.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a different wallet for Ethereum PRIME? Ethereum and Solana are separate networks with separate addresses, so your funds will always live independently on each chain, they are never shared or combined. That said, some wallet interfaces like MetaMask and Phantom allow you to manage both an Ethereum and a Solana wallet under the same app and account, which can make it more convenient to participate in both ecosystems without juggling multiple tools.
Can I bridge my Solana PRIME to Ethereum? Bridging between the two deployments is not available at launch. They are separate products on separate networks.
Is the yield rate the same as Solana PRIME? The underlying yield source is identical, Figure's HELOC lending operations. Any differences in realized yield would come from gas costs or platform fees specific to the Ethereum deployment.
Why is PRIME launching on Ethereum? Ethereum is the largest blockchain ecosystem in the world, home to millions of DeFi users and the deepest liquidity in crypto. By bringing PRIME to Ethereum, Hastra opens access to real-world asset yield to a much broader community, giving Ethereum users a new opportunity to put their capital to work backed by real lending operations, without needing to bridge to another chain or learn a new ecosystem.
Is there a minimum deposit? Check Hastra's platform for current minimum requirements, which may vary based on network conditions.
