What are wYLDS and PRIME?
wYLDS and PRIME are key components in Hastra's DeFi ecosystem that bring real-world asset yields to blockchain users.
wYLDS (Wrapped YLDS)
- Type: Token on Solana or Ethereum that gives you a proportionate ownership interest in the reserves backing it. Those reserves are YLDS, held directly or deployed into Figure's Prime (formerly Democratized Prime) lending pools.
- Purpose: Lets you use YLDS across chains and in DeFi.
- Yield: Variable and not guaranteed. The displayed APY is an estimate. It's updated every 5 minutes on the Hastra.io UI.
- Use Cases: Swap USDC for wYLDS, and stake wYLDS to receive PRIME (HELOC lending), AUTO (consumer auto loans), or SMB (small business loans).
PRIME (Staked wYLDS)
- Type: Yield-bearing receipt token
- Purpose: Represents staked PRIME position
- Yield: The rates are dynamic, you may see current rates on the landing page here
- Use Cases: DeFi collateral, leverage strategies, earning passive income

How does the token flow work?
plain textYLDS (Figure Markets) โ Bridge to other chains wYLDS (Hastra) โ Stake for PRIME PRIME (Hastra) โ Earns ~9%* from DemoPrime lending
*The Effective APY displayed is an estimate based on the trailing 24-hour change of each displayed Hastra token's Net Asset Value (NAV). It reflects the actual yield distributed to holders, including both the Prime (formerly Democratized Prime) pool rate (a market rate based on supply and demand within the protocol) and wYLDS interest on unutilized pool liquidity, net of the 50 bps Hastra fee. The rate is updated in the Hastra UI every 5 minutes. Prior rates do not guarantee future rates.
